Welcome to Delta Sigma Pi, America’s premier co-ed professional business fraternity!

Our Pi Chi Chapter at UC Santa Cruz, founded in 2010, is the oldest professional business fraternity on campus and has grown to over 380 members. Since joining, I’ve seen firsthand the impact of our three pillars—brotherhood, community service, and professionalism. What began as an interest in a business organization became an opportunity to grow as a leader and find a supportive, ambitious community.

Delta Sigma Pi has shaped my professional journey through workshops, case competitions, networking events, and alumni mentorship. These experiences gave me confidence in interviews, connected me with business leaders, and opened doors to career paths I hadn’t imagined. Just as importantly, they inspired me to give back and help new members find the same opportunities.

The bonds of brotherhood have created friendships that will last a lifetime, while our commitment to service reminds us that success means making an impact beyond ourselves. Together, we balance ambition with compassion.
